VP Partnerships EMEA at Solace
As of January 1, 2026, I’ve stepped into a new role as Vice-President Partnerships for the EMEA region at Solace. This marks a pivotal chapter in my journey and I can’t wait to dive into what comes next. At Solace, I’ll lead the development of a world-class partner ecosystem within the European region.
My mission: to build strong alliances, empower (channel) partners and strategic alliances with software vendors, and drive mutual growth. Together, we’ll unlock more value for customers, create new go-to-market models, and extend Solace’s reach across markets and solutions.
Why Solace? Their platform for Event-Driven architecture and real-time data movement in combination with Agentic-AI is a perfect fit with how modern systems must talk, scale, and react. I’ve long believed that Event-Mesh for data-integration & streaming-data and Agentic-AI are cornerstones of any future-proof architecture and Solace is uniquely positioned at that intersection.
In my new role I’ll focus on:
- Recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners that can deliver strategic solutions with Solace
- Shaping incentive models, training, certification, and co-selling frameworks
- Driving partner engagement, joint marketing, and ecosystem synergy
- Aligning partner motions with Solace’s engineering, product, and field teams
- Tracking metrics that matter: partner pipeline, revenue attribution, adoption, and satisfaction
My previous 18 years building global practices in API Management, Integration, Identity and Integration Platforms (iPaaS) have taught me the value of strong partner networks. At Yenlo and in other previous roles I saw how the right alliances accelerate innovation, reduce friction, and open up new markets. Now I’m bringing that experience to Solace and combining it with their brand, vision, and technology stack.
To all the current and future partners reading this: I’m eager to meet you. Let’s explore how we can create together, not just transact. My goal is to make every partner feel supported, empowered, and essential to Solace’s success. Over the coming weeks I’ll be visiting key markets, meeting our existing partner base, listening to your needs and ideas and laying the foundation for a partner program built for scale and sustainability.
